IAM.Voice

Autonomous inbound/outbound voice robots: scenarios, queues, campaigns, recordings and supervision.

IAM.Voice handles inbound and outbound calls with voice robots. Queues and campaigns execute on the server without human staffing. Optional supervision provides listening, robot-only whisper and participation. The browser phone is an additional tool.

Where to start

  1. Create/publish a scenario and connect a robot line.
  2. Prepare a robot queue and inbound route.
  3. Create/launch an outbound campaign and review its stoplist.
  4. Play a recording, retain it or delete its archive.
  5. Join supervision of an active conversation.

Organization owners access only their own resources. Recording requires documented organizational authority and attestation. Educational screenshots contain synthetic audio and fictional contacts.

FAQ — quick answers

What should I check after creating a voice scenario?

Validate/publish a version, select it in a queue on the same robot line, then route inbound calls or create an outbound campaign. Campaigns retain a copied queue policy. Verify an authorized real test call; execution requires no human staffing.

Are the Calls log and browser phone the same surface?

Calls shows server history of robot conversations. Phone is an additional WSS client for a separate line. Use Supervision to listen/assist a live robot and Recordings for permitted archives. Queues/campaigns execute on the server without the browser phone.
