Providers

Model providers, perimeters, circuit breakers and selection weights.

This screen belongs to the Router deployment operator, not an ordinary hosted customer. Hosted customers have a separate account page with their own keys and limits; policy and service settings are not exposed there. Contact the operator to change protection. In the operator console, open the route listed above; a report tenant filter does not automatically scope a global setting.

Examples use educational data. Use your own authorized tenant in real integrations. Each screenshot shows the actual frontend, with the source and educational/demo mode stated below it.

Step-by-step actions

Open Providers and locate the model.
Have the operator update providers.yaml for endpoints, credentials, prices or capabilities.
After applying the file, reload configuration and verify the card.
Check the upstream separately; reset its circuit only after resolving the failure.
Run a synthetic Playground call and locate its provider in history.

Every control and its meaning

Control / parameter	Values, units and effect

Circuit breaker	Closed permits calls, Open temporarily isolates the upstream, Half-open probes recovery.
Reload / Reset circuit	Reload rereads service configuration; Reset clears one provider circuit and does not repair credentials.

Verify the result

Verify the route, not just Closed: the call must complete using the intended upstream and allowed perimeter.

Errors, disabling and reverting changes

For reload errors, correct the file and retain the last working configuration. Upstream 401 requires credential checks; timeouts require network/service checks.
