Sign in to IAM.Market with IAM.Identity

Open IAM single sign-on, authenticate your account and return to your IAM.Market task.

Before you start

You need an IAM.Identity account and access to its sign-in method. You can browse the IAM.Market catalog without signing in; installing and configuring agents requires an active session. Signing in confirms your identity; account permissions and your plan determine access to agents and integrations.

What to click

  1. Open IAM.Market and click Sign in at the top of the page.
  2. In Sign in to IAM.Market, under single IAM sign-on, click Sign in with IAM SSO. You do not need to fill in the local Login and Password fields for this method.
  3. IAM.Identity opens on id.iamrouter.ru. Enter your IAM account Email and Password, then click Sign in. An existing IAM.Identity session may skip this screen.
  4. Wait to return automatically to IAM.Market, then continue your task, installation or agent configuration.

Verify the result

The sign-in dialog closes and your account details replace Sign in at the top of IAM.Market. Open the account menu and check that you are using the intended account. To end the session, select Sign out; single sign-out may also end linked sessions in other IAM applications.

If something goes wrong

If Sign in with IAM SSO leaves the dialog open, reload the page and try once more. If it still does not navigate, send support the page address, error time and button name. Do not include your password or the full authentication URL with its query parameters.

For a forgotten password, use Forgot password? on IAM.Identity and follow the account recovery guide. If the session has expired, start again from Sign in. If you are signed in but cannot run an agent, check your account permissions, plan and the required integration access.
