Sign-in succeeded but the application is unavailable — what should I check?
Start sign-in from the intended application. After IAM.Identity, check that you returned to it and selected your organization. A 403 requires checking membership and role; entering the password again does not grant access.
What if the recovery email is missing or its link expired?
Check the address and spam folder; request a new link if the old one expired. An email-sent message does not prove delivery. Give the administrator the account address and request time, never the password.
