A file was uploaded but is not available in answers yet — what next?
Check the selected workspace and processing status in the queue. File transfer, processing completion and search readiness are separate steps. Do not upload the same file again before determining the first attempt’s result.
How do I verify that an answer uses the intended document?
Select processed documents and ask the question. Open the answer’s citations and compare them with the source. If support is missing, check context and knowledge settings; plausible text without the relevant source requires further verification.
