Which client should I use for meetings and telephony?
IAM.Comm provides the communications platform. Use IAM.Comm Meet for rooms and IAM.Voice for scenarios and the browser phone. Platform availability does not prove a successful client call.
Where do I configure telephony and verify a call?
Use the IAM.Voice client and SIP settings supplied by the operator. Check registration, routing and a test call’s outcome. Do not invent a configuration form in the public IAM.Comm cabinet.
