Launch a website consultant and verify a manager handoff

Before you start

You need an administrator account in a sales workspace, website editing access, approved service information, the actual data policy URL and a lead owner. Create a separate support workspace in Мои кабинеты; keep knowledge and recipients separate. The screenshot shows the actual UI with educational data.

What to click

1. Select the sales workspace. In Конфигурация → Промпт, describe your company’s consultant and its answer boundaries. Upload approved materials through RAG.
2. In Конфигурация → Встраивание, set Название в виджете and Приветствие.
3. Enter Ссылка на политику обработки данных. When required, enable Подтверждение перед отправкой сообщений and set Текст подтверждения. The policy requires HTTPS. Chat messages are not sent until the visitor checks the box; confirmation remains in memory for the current conversation only.
4. Enter the actual Ссылка на форму связи с менеджером: an HTTPS URL, local path or anchor. This remains a fallback during model, network or quota failures.
5. Optionally enable Отвечать только при найденных материалах. If retrieval fails or returns no materials, the bot asks the visitor to clarify or contact a manager. Evaluate answer correctness on your own approved content.
6. Click Сохранить и применить, register the domain and copy the snippet using the installation guide. Use staging workspaces and endpoints on test websites, including sites named beta.
7. Check the widget presentation and confirmation. Click Связаться с менеджером, fill Имя, Email или телефон and optionally Компания, then click Передать менеджеру.
8. Verify the contact under Лиды and actual delivery through the chosen channel. A saved-contact receipt does not confirm email delivery or a response deadline.

Verify the result

Settings survive reload. Required confirmation blocks message transmission until checked. The manager action works without a model reply. The contact belongs to the selected workspace; verify notification delivery and owner response separately. Prices, SLAs and dates must come from approved materials.

Recovery

Invalid URLs or missing policy settings do not apply the configuration draft. Correct the URL and save again. Confirm the actual fallback form address with the website owner; never place the transcript in its URL. The reusable website and portal integration package includes a detailed Russian handover guide, responsibilities, installation and CSP checks, beta acceptance criteria and the existing-support-form contract.
