Configure bot responses and knowledge

Before you start

You need organization-console access and approved knowledge materials.

Click path

1. Sign in to the console and check the organization selector.
2. Open Конфигурация and select the intended profile.
3. In Обзор, set the profile name, permitted origins and response limits. An origin includes scheme and host, not a page path.
4. In Промпт, define the consultant’s role, response limits and missing-information behavior.
5. In RAG, set Коллекция and paste approved text under Добавить фрагменты. Separate fragments with a --- line.
6. Click Загрузить в коллекцию and wait for the accepted fragment count.
7. Enter Запрос in Проверка поиска, click Искать and inspect retrieved fragments.
8. Click Сохранить и применить, wait for server confirmation and reload to verify persistence.

Verify and recover

Verify the active profile, accepted save and knowledge-backed response. The widget preview only shows appearance. Disabled save means no changes; an error means the draft is not applied. Check origin and profile if the widget is missing; configure result delivery separately in Каналы.
